About The Fifth Firm
Built by talent, for talent. Designed to turn vision into structure.
The Fifth Firm began with a simple realization: exceptional ideas need more than creativity to become valuable. They need direction, positioning, systems, presentation, and a clear path into the world.
Founded by designer and creative director Ian Jackson, The Fifth Firm was created as a home for the full scope of his work across creative direction, brand strategy, consulting, digital design, public relations, and cultural development. Rather than separating creativity from business, the firm was built to bring the two together—allowing strong ideas to become complete, considered, and commercially viable experiences.
The firm first developed its philosophy through Ian’s own projects. Brands and creative ventures became laboratories for building identity, refining visual language, developing strategy, creating digital environments, establishing partnerships, and understanding how an idea moves from concept to culture. That process became the foundation of The Fifth Firm: build for ourselves first, prove the system, then bring that thinking to others.
Today, The Fifth Firm works with founders, brands, artists, businesses, and public figures who are ready to think beyond individual deliverables. We look at the complete picture—how a brand appears, communicates, operates, grows, and is remembered.
Our work can begin with a consultation, a website, a social presence, a campaign, or a single strategic question, but the objective remains the same: to create clarity around the vision and give it the structure required to move forward with intention.
We believe luxury is not simply how something looks. It is the feeling of consideration. Every detail has a reason. Every decision belongs to a larger system. Every touchpoint should reinforce the same idea.
The Fifth Firm exists to make that idea undeniable for start-ups.
